Nadia Joanne originally hailing from the Philadelphia area, 19 year old Nadia is a self-thought artist who is on the autism spectrum. Not only does she promote autism awareness, but quite literally Nadia strives to show that her challenges do not define her. Her goal is to one day inspire thousands of people. For example in Taking Control Nadia explores her disability as something that is a positive part of her life. In addition to art, Nadia enjoys teaching herself guitar, piano and participates in theater. In The Freak and JOEY!!! Nadia explores her love of acting through her visual portrayal of these characters.She also enjoys spending time with her family, dogs Milo and Rosie and pig Wilbur. In addition Nadia also depicts important life moments that help to define her character, as is evident in The Impactful Moment, which depicts a moment when she spent time with one of her inspirations named Gaten Matarazzo.Nadia works to promote patience, understanding and above all, kindness and acceptance of those with autism. We are all made exactly as we should be. Embrace each other's differences.
